June 27th @ The Doug Fir in Portland!
We are honored to be joined by the wonderfully talented Billygoat and Us Lights. This will certainly be a night of great music, beautiful images and good friends. Come join us and hear glimpses of our new record, From Shores Of Sleep, and older songs you might already know.
Check these other bands out if you aren’t already a fan. We’re lucky to have them with us. Billygoat goes beyond music by accompanying their own handcrafted stop motion films. Us Lights makes cutting edge music with captivating vocals, driving rhythms, sampling and intricate layers of sound.

An Evening With Musée Mécanique And Friends: New Album Preview! Featuring Performances By Justin Ringle, Laura Gibson, Justin Power, Sean Flinn And More (Portland, OR 7/27/13)
We’ve missed you.
After years of travels and hard work in the studio, we are thrilled to announce our first show at home in exactly two years. Holy smokes, that’s too long. We know. SO, this July 27, we will be playing our new, unreleased album, From Shores Of Sleep, from start to finish. Come celebrate with us and and treat your ears to performances by our friends Justin Ringle, Laura Gibson, Justin Power, Sean Flinn and more (we’ll keep ya posted!).
Some background on the record: From Shores Of Sleep is a through-composed, single piece of music full of surprises. It takes the listener on a voyage within a dream, through ten songs exploring the balance between realism and idealism, responsibility and adventure-seeking — the dream realm and waking life.
Preparations for the live performance of From Shores Of Sleep have included a re-envisioning of what we as five musicians are capable of onstage and we’re excited to share the multi-instrumental showcase we’ve created.
SO, grab your friend, your roommate, your sweetie, your cat, your kids, your critical ear, a choice beverage, and come on down to Piano Fort to celebrate and hang out with us!
Feel free to forward this event to friends and family.
Hugs and musical kisses,
